As you may be able to tell from the title of this post, I went to see the movie Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close in theatres last night. So many mixed feelings from this movie. I read the book by Jonathan Safran Foer last year in my AP English class. It is now one of my absolute favorite books. So, as a book reader, I obviously criticized all of the differences in the movie. I can't help myself. I do realize that it is an extremely difficult book to make into a movie, however. So regardless of the differences, it was the best movie I've seen in a long time. Major major major tear jerker, let me tell you. I think everyone should go see this, and they should read the book. They're both amazing.
The movie was amazing! I saw it a few weeks ago and I love how the boy through his journey was able to communicate with people like his dad had planned
